Carrie began as a part-time partner in our Camden, NY shop in May 2003. After graduating from LeMoyne College in Syracuse in 2006, she signed on full-time. Over the next four years, she gained extensive training in marketing, merchandising, auditing, food service, training and other personnel related tasks. Carrie was promoted to her current role as a District Manager in 2010.
Alison joined our Personnel Department at our Manufacturing & Distribution Center (Plant) in 2006. Since then she’s been involved in all Personnel functions including hiring, payroll, benefits, and employee relations. She finds coordinating and leading training seminars for partners one of her most rewarding responsibilities. Today, Alison manages all Personnel functions at the Plant.
Dan is a “tried and true” Shop Manager. With over 20 years experience in this role, he doesn’t skip a beat, enthusiastically engaging customers, growing shop partners and effectively managing the company’s highest grossing shop. Dan runs an impressive operation and his customers help attest to this.
Bill exemplifies what we look for in our Regional District Managers: down-to-earth, hardworking, candid and dedicated. Looking back on his 30 + year career, Bill’s journey began as a Shop Manager in 1982. Sixteen years later he moved out of his role as a Shop Manager to a District Manager, responsible for multiple shops over a wide area. In 2010 he became a Senior District Manager overseeing several District Managers. Within a year, he landed his current role, one of four Regional District Managers.
